About Me:

I’ve always had a deep passion for learning and helping others achieve better health. With over 25 years of clinical practice experience as a Registered Dental Hygienist, I’ve continually expanded my education and skill set, leading me to become an Orofacial Myofunctional Therapist.

My commitment to this work is both professional and personal. I’ve guided my son through orthotropic treatment, supported both my son’s and daughter’s frenulectomies for tethered oral tissues, and navigated my own journey with sleep-disordered breathing and temporomandibular disorder (TMD). Through these experiences, I came to truly understand how powerful myofunctional therapy can be—not only for my family, but for so many patients who are searching for answers.

I am dedicated to ongoing education in this ever-evolving field and believe strongly in whole-body, collaborative care. Addressing airway health requires looking at the full picture, and I work closely with other providers to ensure each piece of the diagnostic puzzle is considered for the most effective, personalized treatment.

I have studied with the International Association of Orofacial Myology (IAOM) and MyoMentor. I am also an official Myomunchee® practitioner and a proud member of the International Association of Airway Hygienists (IAAH).
